These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Van-X-Van Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

 

1. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders placed with us are treated as an offer to purchase goods. A contract is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch confirmation.

You may review and amend your order at any point before it is submitted. Once submitted, if you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if products are unavailable, if there are errors in pricing or descriptions, or if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT. Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched. We do not accept cheques or cash payments. Where other payment options such as PayPal are offered, these are subject to their own terms. We also offer Shop Pay, which offers a fast, secure checkout experience. The installment payments are powered by Affirm. By using Shop Pay, you agree to Affirm’s terms and conditions.

 

3. Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays), are typically dispatched the same day, while those placed after 2pm are processed on the next working day. Orders taken on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday. During busy or seasonal periods, increased demand may result in slight delays to dispatch and delivery. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery, although we remain responsible for them until they reach you.

4. International Shipping

For orders placed for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, shipping costs may not be accurately calculated at checkout due to variations in destination, size, and weight of goods. Customers are required to contact us via email with full delivery details prior to, or immediately after, placing an order so that we can obtain and provide an accurate shipping quotation. Orders will not be processed for dispatch until the shipping cost has been confirmed and agreed.

For all shipments to European Union countries, customers must acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. By placing an order, you agree to pay these charges in full. We will contact you after your order is placed to confirm acceptance of these fees before proceeding with shipment. Failure to confirm may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty. After this period, you may request a repair or replacement, and if neither is possible, a refund will be provided in the form of store credit.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

 

7. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, most of our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect installation or misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection before approval and are provided in addition to your statutory rights.

 

8. Product Information

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only, and actual specifications may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you are entitled to by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of contract or for business losses where you are not acting as a consumer. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

 

10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Supply chain disruption
  • Industrial action
  • Government restrictions

 

11. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with:
